Electrical Systems - DB's

Electrical Systems - Power Sockets (Desktop Modules UPS + Raw Power)

1. MCB Operation & RCBO Trip test with trip time

5. Polarity Check

6. Earth Loop impedance test

7. Load test (with lamp load)

 

Electrical Systems - Earthing System

1. Physical inspection and specs. Verification

Individual earth pit resistance measurement

2. Parallel earth pit resistance measurement as per drawing

3. Earth loop impedance measurement: To be measured on the floor

4. Earthing cable tracing & continuity verification

 

Electrical Systems -Lighting System

1. Physical inspection and specs. Verification

2. Circuit Tracing: Each lighting circuit is to be traced and verified as per the drawing

3. Verification Sensors: Each sensor occupied as per design in closed cabins and periphery is to be verified for its operation as per the set time delay and exposure to light

4. Lux level measurement- Normal & emergency light lux level verifications.

5. LMS Verification: LMS System is to be verified as per approved Logic.

 

Electrical Systems - Inverter System

1. Physical inspection and specs. Verification

2. Display Panel / Alarm checks and CBS operation

3. Battery Backup time verification on rated load
