SITE SETUP REQUIREMENTS
1. HSSE Checklist needs to be filled
2. Nearest Hospital tie up letter 24X7
3. Emergency contact numbers display with the designation.
4. HSSE Notice board and Safety Park
5. HSSE Statistics Board
6. ID cards for workers
7. Visitor induction card and visitor entry register
8. First Aid Box – First Aid Qualified members
9. HSSE Job specific posters (3/2 Standard Size – CW
& Client LOGO SHOULD BE INCLUDED
11. Fire extinguisher Min 15 points and 3 fire stands
(DCP & CO2)
12. IP Standard temporary power DB – Earthing should be
ensured
13. Double-insulated armored cables only use for power
tapping
14. Aluminum Mobile scaffold only allowed inside the
premises & Daily Inspection and record maintaining
15. “A” Type ladders are not at all allowed from the
initial stage of the project works.
