BASIC DOCUMENTS TO MAINTAIN
AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
Records and documents that must be kept at construction sites play an important role in construction activities. The document is required to prove any construction activity on the site during billing or any other claim.
These records contain
all the data on the various construction activities carried out on the site. If
any additional work is performed and claimed during billing, these documents must
be submitted as proof. Record keeping helps during construction project
auditing at any time. These documents help protect against liquidated damages
or false claims or violation of any guidelines by Stakeholders/authorities or
clients.
