BOQ Specfications For Internal And External Plasterning | BOQ of Plastering Works - Lceted

In this article, we explained how to prepare BOQ for Internal plastering, external plastering, and Water-proofing plastering with specifications. 

Internal Plastering BOQ specifications

Thickness cement plaster: 12 to 15 mm at all heights in line, level, and plumb, Cement Ratio: _: _: _ (_ cement: _ fine sand: _ coarse sand) on brick walls or block walls. Location of walls ____________. Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. No separate payment shall be made for providing and fixing chicken mesh., providing necessary plaster grooves as per design, etc. complete. (All work up to ______ Meter height from plinth) Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days 

 

 

Internal Plastering with Water-Proofing BOQ specifications

Thickness cement plaster: 12 to 15 mm at all heights in line, level, and plumb, Cement Ratio: _: _: _ (_ cement: _ fine sand: _ coarse sand) admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 on brick walls or block walls. Location of walls ____________. Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh of 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. No separate payment shall be made for providing and fixing chicken mesh., providing necessary plaster grooves as per design, etc. complete Filling water up to top level for checking, testing & curing for 4-5 days as directed by the Engineer in charge / Architect / Employer (All work up to ______ Meter height from plinth) Note: Curing should be done for 7-10 days

 

 

 

External Plastering BOQ specifications

Providing and applying 18 mm. thick plaster on external walls in cement mortar _: _ (_ cement: _ coarse sand) mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 (forsoc or equivalent) Approved waterproofing agent as per specifications, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. and provide a 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). (All work up to 15.0 Meter height from the plinth) Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days
