MEETING SIGN-IN SHEET
A Meeting sign-in sheet is
useful for attending a meeting or event. For documentation purposes, you may
want to make sure everyone is accounted for. In the case of some organizations,
non-participation and non-attendance are sufficient grounds for loss of
membership, and you will need paper proof of this. Whatever your reason for
having one, you can find a sign-in sheet template from this list for your
purposes.
Circulate this sheet at the start of the meeting and the attendees to initial in the designated space. A master sheet of the attendees (with names, and email addresses) can be created and a printout of this sheet can be taken for the meetings instead of carrying a blank sheet and names of additional participants (if not part of the master list) can be added. This sheet can be used as a backup sheet for drafting minutes of meetings.
