c) A Sequence of
work.
2) Create
Work Breakdown Framework (WBS) to create a complete list of functions
3) Create
the Organization Breakdown Framework (OBS) and link it to the Work Breakdown
Framework
4) Determine
the relationship between actions.
5) Determine
the duration of operations, cost, and resource requirements.
